Production Management of Tomato in Greenhouse

Within one week after planting, try to minimize ventilation to promote slow seedling growth, but when the temperature exceeds 30℃, it should be ventilated and cooled in time. After slow seedling, the temperature should be 25 ~ 30℃ during the day and not lower than 10℃ at night.

The first topdressing was carried out at the first ear-fruit expansion stage, and 10 kg of compound fertilizer was applied per 667 square meters. The second topdressing was in the second to third ear expansion stage, and 20 kg of compound fertilizer was applied per 667 square meters. Topdressing can be done by hole application or watering in dissolved water.

According to the actual dry and wet condition of soil, the relative humidity is not more than 60% during the day and not more than 80% at night. When planting, after watering over the soil, the seedling-slowing water should be poured again in 3 ~ 5 days, then when the first ear grows to walnut size, the water should be poured again in the next 10 ~ 15 days to ensure the soil is even and moist.

Keep dry and wet at the late growth stage, and have proper irrigation. When the plant grows to more than 30 cm, it should be erected in time, and the tomato stem should be tied on the bracket. Single-stalk pruning method should be adopted for pruning. Topping should be done in time according to plant growth, and two leaves should be left on the last ear when topping. When thinning fruits, there are 3 ~ 4 big fruits per ear and 4 ~ 6 middle fruits per ear. When the fruit is half red, it can be harvested in batches and stages.
